Each piece has its own unique history, and we ensure that our items are carefully inspected and described in detail. However, due to the delicate and fragile nature of these items—often due to their age—we ask that you review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Fragility of Vintage & Antique Jewelry: All vintage and antique jewelry items are pre-owned, and as such, they may show signs of wear or minor imperfections consistent with their age. These pieces are often more fragile than modern jewelry, and while we do our best to provide clear and accurate descriptions and photographs, please be aware that some jewelry may be more delicate than expected.

2. Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns for any items that is in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must be unused and unworn, with any original tags or packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been altered, resized, or damaged after receipt.

3. Refunds Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly described.

4. Damaged Items: If an item is damaged upon arrival due to shipping or other factors, please contact us immediately at thevintagevaultjewelry@gmail.com and we will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange based on your preference. Please keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damage.

5. Special Note: Due to the fragile nature of vintage and antique jewelry, please handle your pieces with care. We do not accept returns for damage caused by improper care, storage, or wear.
