1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to Canada and the USA.

2. Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of the items in your order.

  • Standard Shipping:  5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. You will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method at this stage.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that unforeseen factors, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or postal service delays, can sometimes affect delivery times.

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please allow up to 1-2 days after receiving your shipping confirmation for your tracking information to be updated.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order as well as your shipping location. These fees will be clearly displayed during checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions on certain orders or for specific products. Please check our website or sign up for our newsletter for updates on any special offers.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses depending on your location. If this applies to you, please provide an alternative shipping address.
  • International Duties and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 after placing your order, please contact us at thevintagevaultjewelry@gmail.com for assistance.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at thevintagevaultjewelry@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

  • Damaged Packages: If your jewelry item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will either arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item. Please provide photos of the damage and the packaging to help us resolve the issue.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at thevintagevaultjewelry@gmail.com so we can update the address before shipping.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it to ensure a prompt shipment. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at thevintagevaultjewelry@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
